The design, based on ‘Building Materials That Complement Design’ philosophy, is evident in its dual-identity palette. To evoke South Indian warmth, we utilized hand-carved wood and traditional brass accents, which provide a grounding, organic texture that ages gracefully. Conversely, the Middle Eastern luxury aesthetic is achieved through high-performance marble accents, sleek metal shelving, and sculptural lighting fixtures, which introduce a precise, contemporary edge.

The jhula room serves as the home’s musical heart, where materials dictate the acoustic and emotional atmosphere. Here, floral-patterned wallpaper is paired with wooden ceiling accents, creating a soft, reverberant space for classical music. In the living area, the transition from beige-toned wall finishes to sage-green upholstery and rattan furniture showcases how color and texture can define zones within an open-plan layout without the need for physical barriers.
