This building chooses simplicity over spectacle, and lets its materials, proportions, and privacy speak for themselves.

The project rises as a quiet statement of architectural restraint and urban luxury. Designed on an east-facing plot, the high-rise is conceived around a single, defining idea: one home per floor. This singular gesture of privacy sets the building apart in a city conditioned to density, giving each resident the rare experience of an independent home in the sky.
The building’s façade of Malaysian WPC wooden fins tells its material story with clarity. Stacked linear balconies punctuate the elevation in clean, horizontal rhythms — reviving Mumbai’s long-lost balcony culture while framing abundant light and ventilation into every home. The podium levels are clad in WPC wooden fins, a material choice that introduces warmth and textural depth.

At its crown, the duplex penthouse elevates the building’s narrative further: a double-height living room opens to panoramic city views. Below are the residential floors, five podium levels of car parking serviced by modern car lifts, two basement levels that contain all service and utility functions — leaving the living zones undisturbed.
