At Spring House Workspaces’ Sector 62 centre in Noida, this shift shaped the design from the outset. The brief was to create a high-capacity, plug-and-play workspace that remains open, efficient, and comfortable. Designed in collaboration with Ardent Architects and In-Art Constructions, the 20,000 sq. ft. space reflects how architectural planning is becoming central to managed workspace design.

Zoning is approached with a clear gradient, moving from a vibrant reception into open workspaces, and then into quieter cabins and meeting rooms. This ensures that collaboration and focus can coexist without conflict.
Material choices play a key role in supporting both durability and experience. Neutral commercial flooring provides a robust base, while textured wall panels and vertical wooden battens add warmth and depth. The exposed ceiling maintains efficiency in services, softened by biophilic elements such as indoor plants and hanging greens.

Furniture and lighting further reinforce flexibility. Modular workstations and demountable partitions allow the space to be reconfigured with ease, adapting to evolving tenant needs. Upholstered seating in breakout areas enhances comfort, while circular ceiling fixtures and pendant lighting create a consistent visual language. The lighting strategy prioritises energy-efficient, integrated systems rather than relying on a single brand. Ultimately, this centre reflects a larger shift - where managed workspaces are no longer designed as fixed offices, but as adaptable ecosystems.
Office design and planning is not just about layouts, but about enabling spaces to evolve with the businesses they support.
