Spring House by Nivasa blurs the boundaries between work and relaxation with its luxurious and warm ambiance.

Nivasa and Spring House

There is a huge trend in collaborative workspaces, which are cropping up across the country. Spring House is one such co-working space, conceptualised by New Delhi-based interior design and luxury furniture brand Nivasa. Located in Grand Mall in Gurgaon, Spring House is a two storeyed co-working space which does not have a typical office layout and design.

With its warm corners and plush design elements, this avant-garde office feels like an extension of an opulent home. While it has a homely design aesthetic and showcases an old-world charm, it is also highly functional. From state-of-the-art amenities to acoustic excellence, it has everything that a modern office would offer.

Versatile layouts include private nooks, conference rooms, brightly lit shared desk spaces, and informal meeting areas. Effortlessly balancing functionality and style, Spring House’s interiors feature exquisite chandeliers, potted plants, luxe soft furnishings, and decor pieces. A neutral palette with pops of colour adds interest while carefully curated artworks make the space more engaging. The informal seating area has been designed to look like a living room with Nivasa’s exquisite furniture pieces offset by muted hues, decor pieces, spectacular lighting fixtures, and arch details.

Shared desks are separated by rows of planters, and feature chandeliers, comfortable chairs, ample storage, and velvet curtains. The meeting rooms also feature stunning chandeliers, tables with wooden tabletops, and comfortable chairs. The adjoining personal rooms are sound-proof and cosy. An outdoor seating area, much like a spacious veranda, has cane-lined walls and tropical furnishings, while a contemporary café livens up interactions amongst the workers.
