Lifecell Gurgaon

The warmth and richness of wood has been marvellously replicated by the Timber Series from Aludecor. Now one can give the interiors and exteriors of buildings the look of timber without having to deplete natural resources. Get stunning looks by combining Aludecor's Timber Series with solid or metallic colours and make all heads turn. Architects can experiment with façade looks using innumerable combinations.

Timber ACP Advantages

A) Multiple Applications With Easy Installation
Other than external facades, ceilings, doors, kitchens, wardrobes, table tops and internal wall coverings can get a stylish look and feel by using Aludecor's Timber Series.

When used on exteriors of buildings it can be fixed on a frame; whereas for interiors it can be directly pasted on walls, ply boards and WPC without rivets or screws.

An elongated product, it can be bent up to 90 degrees to form round columns.

B) Made With Advanced Technology
Created with PPC technology, Aludecor Timber series promises durability. PPC is an advanced multilayered coating technology where printing and coating are done as a single process.

The PPC process guarantees UV protection. As a result there is excellent retention of design patterns and colours of interior and exterior claddings.

PPC technology also ensures enhanced paint adhesion, perfect coating thickness, greater durability and better design impression together with consistency in flatness of coil.

C) Durability & Maintenance
There is no reason to worry about swelling or shrinkage because of the moisture in air and there is no threat from borers, fungi and termites.

Moreover, the surfaces of Aludecor Timber Series are much easier to maintain and clean, contrary to real wood or compact laminate panels. Aludecor cladding materials offer outstanding flatness, rigidity, extraordinary formability, superior weather resistance and low weight.

D) Health, Safety & Environment
Timber, like all other Aludecor ACP for both exterior and interior grade, can come under Aludecor Firewall, the fire rated brand of the company that resists fire for 2 hours, prevents fire propagation, suppresses smoke and produces zero flaming droplets or particles, as per the tests (ASTM E119-12 and B-s1, d0 of EN 13501-1) conducted at Exova Warrington fire, UK.

A hundred percent recycled product with recycled content, Timber ACP facilitates owning MR4.1 and MR4.2 for LEED certification.

Its pre-coated surface requires no painting or polishing, eliminating health hazards caused by toxic fumes emitted during polishing.

E) Colours
There are six groups to choose from - Walnut, Teak, Beech, Maple, Cherry and Afro, each having its colourful variants, which is a fabulous range for this festive season as well.
