Designed by Kembhavi Architecture Foundation, the 60m high Vertica, with its stunning pinnacle design, understated straight-line design and elegant linear guise, inspired by the neighbouring heritage site - Thousand Lights Mosque - has glazed crowns, color changing LEDs, and laser throws, creating a lighting spectacle. Proximity to the sea enabled the conceptualization of Landmark Vertica essentially as a lighthouse, adding aesthetic splendour and significance. The thousand-light mosque as a venerable neighbour incited the use of light as a continuity to the language of the design.

Located in the heart of Chennai, the high density 17 storey tower is eclectically designed as a fusion of efficiency and luxury comprising of apartments of varying sizes and penthouses. Just off the famous Gemini flyover, it is surrounded on three sides by commercial establishments. Setbacks of 13 meters on all sides are protected by high walls, which are intractably detailed via vertical gardens and intricate landscape details.

Formal and simple in aesthetics, defined by warm woody hues and horizontal bands at its lower levels, capped with four strong geometric patterns throwing beautiful light patterns from carefully embedded LED strips, the edifice brightens up the neighbourhood.
