As India’s urban landscape expands beyond metro cities, Tier 2 & 3 cities are emerging as vibrant hubs of residential, commercial, and institutional development. These cities represent a dynamic blend of aspiration and pragmatism.
We see immense potential in emerging markets.
With increasing investments in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and education, the demand for reliable vertical mobility solutions is rising. Hence, we see immense potential in these markets, not just as business opportunities, but as a chance to contribute meaningfully to the infrastructure and quality of life in growing cities.Unlike metro cities where high-speed, high-rise elevators dominate, Tier 2 cities require elevators with the following features:
- Compact elevators that are designed for buildings with 3–6 floors, and are optimized for space and cost.
- Machine Room-Less (MRL) Systems which are ideal for retrofits and smaller footprints.
- Enhanced Safety Features including auto-rescue devices and overload sensors, tailored for residential and institutional use.
- Aesthetic customizations with varied finishes and cabin designs that reflect local tastes and cultural preferences.
We are enabling inclusive urban growth by unlocking vertical mobility in Tier 2 cities with elevators that are modular, compact, robust, and are easy to operate and maintain.

Our strength lies in delivering custom-designed and precision engineered elevators.
We deliver custom-designed elevators that balance aesthetics with engineering precision making us well-positioned to serve the needs of these cities where buildings may be smaller, but expectations are no less ambitious. To ensure that our products are accessible and sustainable in Tier 2 markets, we focus on modular designs, hence our elevators are engineered for scalability, allowing customization without inflating costs. For greater energy efficiency in our elevators, we integrate regenerative drives and smart controllers to reduce operational expenses. We believe in simplified technology: to avoid over-engineering, and we opt for robust systems that are easy to operate and maintain. We are training local technicians and establishing service hubs to ensure quick maintenance and minimal downtime.
