Mahindra Lifespace Developers installs 27 thyssenkrupp elevators at Luminare luxury project

Luminare, a luxury project in Gurugram, is one of Mahindra Lifespaces' tallest projects with a travel height of 105 meters. The project is spread across seven acres of lush landscaped gardens, comprising meticulously designed three towers, each with 31 floors.

To ensure privacy and safety of customers, we have provided Access Control System in all passenger elevators. So, residents can access the elevators using access cards or wirelessly through mobiles with NFC feature. Additionally, all the elevators are BMS compatible and feature CCTV cameras.

With a total of 120 luxury apartments in a single tower, there are nine elevators per tower. Considering three towers, the total count of elevators for the project stands at 27. Additionally, there is an elevator for the club house as well.

At Luminare, we are focused on providing exclusivity, privacy and unique living experiences. The amenities are plentiful, top-of-class and provide thoughtful privacy to residents such as individual lift lobbies. Each residence is a corner apartment encompassing its own private elevator lobby served by two dedicated lifts opening into the flat. This amounts to eight elevators per floor along with one service elevator per floor.
