The house preserves much of the original aesthetic, interspersed with a brand-new design language. While the original walnut wood is retained, new materials, textures, and furniture pieces have been introduced. The interplay of black and white tones, alongside playful organic shapes, injects a sense of youthful energy, reflective of the owners’ personality.

A richly curated colour palette with textural variety adds depth to the space. From weaving fabric and wood to fusing metal and yarn, every design element is crafted to blur the boundaries between art and functionality. The dining table, crafted from reclaimed wood with a beautiful open grain pattern, highlights the natural beauty of the wood, while sleek metal legs provide a sturdy base.
The interior design aims to not only provide comfort and functionality but also serve as a showcase of our dedication to push creative boundaries and redefine conventional design norms.

An 8-ft long bar, adorned with cane back and subtle ombre metal work, epitomises the home’s understated yet stylish approach. The bar’s rectangular shape is accented by curved lines along the front façade with its stunning gradation handcrafted by artisans. It transitions from a deep jet black to a warm, natural brown hue reminiscent of natural wood.

The cane at the back adds another layer of texture with its beautiful grain, making it incredibly tactile and visually captivating, while the bar top is crafted from grey marble.

Nivasa’s attention to detail pushes the boundaries of traditional design. All the elements come together to create a harmonious and inviting space, blending modern aesthetics with timeless craftsmanship.
