The modern steel structural framework is integrated with traditional façade treatments to ensure both structural efficiency and architectural harmony. The project incorporates composite columns to enhance load-bearing capacity and optimise performance. The expansive and efficient floor layouts were possible after utilising shallow depth post-tensioned (PT) beams for structural flexibility. Large-span cantilever projections and a prominent cantilevered canopy create open, column-free spaces, elevating functionality and spatial experience. To enhance performance and durability, modern construction technologies, including steel structures and post-tensioned slabs, were used.
