Tucked away in a bustling Delhi neighborhood, The Nest isn’t just a house—it’s an atmosphere. A composition of raw textures, filtered light, and spatial stillness. Designed by the emerging talent at Sculpt Design Studio, this residence is an ode to quiet luxury, material honesty, and everyday poetry. Founded by Ar. Vardha Aggarwal and Ar. Chirag Gupta, Sculpt Design Studio is crafting a new narrative in design where bold architecture meets intimate living. The Nest is a compelling example of their work, where sculpture and shelter beautifully converge.

Principal Architect: Ar. Vardha Aggarwal
Built-up Area: 2,300 sq. ft.

Spanning 2,300 sq. ft., this home embraces the principles of soft brutalism, softened by sunlight and silence. The design is emotionally minimal, with spaces choreographed around Vastu and a meditative material palette—exposed concrete, lime plaster, and rustic wood—layered with warmth. The thoughtfully carved cut-outs, voids, and courtyards play with daylight, creating a theatrical dance of light and shadow. The human-scaled layout nurtures play, privacy, and pause.
