For visitors, the experience starts from the moment they subconsciously imbibe the first few visual touch points, which create the desire to interact more with the space. The built form of the site based on the Vedic science of Vaastu Shastra, follows the 9x9 grid pattern; it establishes a space that reinterprets the courtyard, which is further adorned with artefacts replicated from the Indus Valley civilisation.

When we were given the brief to design a contemporary hotel inspired by the Vedic age, our first thought was to capture the art from ancient architectural sites of the Indus Valley civilisation. The artistic elements that we have used to enhance the natural landscape and bring vibrancy to the site, are re-imagined from the Vedic Age. Our intent was to adorn every corner of the site with an art inspiration, that tells an intriguing story. 3102bce is a designer boutique resort that has to be experienced and not merely seen

The resort exudes hospitality with an element of wonder - transporting the guests to an era of early civilisation. The site, in a semi-urban backdrop of the coastal plains of Goa, resonates with the local culture and integrates nature. The architects utilized the plaza, adapting to the natural changes and the built form, and complementing the overall space which is equipped with various functions across privacy, accessibility, and usability.

Use of sustainable materials like AAC blocks, natural Kota stones, recycled ironworks and woodworks, have been used to synchronise with the environment and to build a sustainable foundation. The exterior and the interior spaces are embellished with elements inspired by the Indus Valley civilisation, offering a unique cultural experience. The end result is a Vedic resort that transports one to a rich and glorious past.
