Mr. Murtuza Vapiwala, Co-Founder, Lighthouse PropTech said, “By combining AI analytics with registration intelligence, we give high-net-worth buyers and investors a clear view of what the market actually transacts at. This half shows a market that is both broad and deep: the ₹5 Cr to ₹10 Cr band accounts for seven in every ten sales, while homes above ₹20 Crore carry more than a quarter of the value.”
Mr. Sandeep Reddy, Co-Founder, Zapkey said, “The clearest view of Mumbai’s luxury market comes from its records. Every figure in this report is drawn from a sale or lease registered with the state, which makes it a dependable guide to where the market is heading. The records also show where demand is building. Ten micro-markets account for 56% of the value, and they grew 26% from the first quarter to the second, against 17% for the market as a whole.”
