PCC Composite (PUF) Panels
These Panels represent a complete system of pre-insulated monolithic metallic panels conceived to create roofs and walls to be used for various kinds of industrial and civil structures. Their unique sandwich construction is a result of injection rigid polyurethane foam at high density between two rigid facings. A combination of magnificent quality facings; Steel/Alu Zinc & Aluminium in Plain/ corrugated pre-finish & pre-painted. The employment of polyurethane foams assures several advantages like energy saving characteristic, lightness & long lasting quality. Therefore, they perform the dual function of structural and insulating elements. These products are aesthetically pleasant, absolutely weather proof, resistant to fire, fungi and mildew. The join of modular cold store panel made with Tongue & Groove edges and are locked together with cam lock. The locking system meet necessary dimensional requirement and give the flexibility of easily assemble or disassemble.
