Window-Magic
Window Magic has installed uPVC windows and doors across 1,400 three-bedroom Social Housing Units in Hulhumalé, Maldives. The project was executed under the Social Housing initiative of Fahi Diriulhun Corporation, supported by NBCC (India) Ltd. The high-performance fenestration is engineered for coastal climate, durability, and long-term comfort for the residents.

The project marks a major step in the Maldives’ affordable-housing development, focused on creating sustainable, well-planned, and modern living spaces for citizens. Strategically located in Hulhumalé Phase II - one of the Maldives’ largest urban expansion zones - the project is part of the government’s broader Gedhoruveriya Housing Scheme, which aims to provide thousands of families with access to quality, affordable homes. The development has been progressing rapidly, with senior Maldivian officials, including the Indian High Commissioner, reviewing its advancement and appreciating India-Maldives collaboration in large-scale housing infrastructure.

Executed in partnership with NBCC and VCL, the project represents a strong Indo-Maldivian cooperation model in sustainable construction and urban development.
