In this prestigious project, Lingel was responsible for supplying and installing its advanced Lingel 6.0 window and door systems (in textured dark grey) with integrated mosquito mesh and grills. This religious project is associated with the 77-ft bronze Shree Ram idol at Shree Samsthan Gokarn Partagali Jeevottam Mutt in Goa, where a major spiritual complex was being readied for a landmark national event on 28th November.
With a total order value of approximately Rs. 1.1 crore, the scope reflects both the architectural importance of the site and the stringent performance standards expected from all façade elements in terms of durability, safety, and comfort for the devotees and visiting dignitaries.
Lingel’s 6.0 aluminium windows, a high performance system developed with German engineering support, is designed to deliver the strength of aluminium with the refined aesthetics of premium aluminium windows. The windows are configured with an integrated mosquito mesh and custom grills, along with coordinated doors, to achieve secure, insect free ventilation without compromising daylight or outside views.
Lingel’s 6.0 sliding and casement configurations allow glass thicknesses up to around 24–36 mm and can be matched with heavy duty hardware, ensuring reliable operation and weather performance over the long term, even under heavy visitor usage.
A key differentiator of this project is the fully integrated grill solution within the Lingel 6.0 window system, rather than external, add on security grills commonly seen in traditional installations. This integration provides a cleaner façade, easier maintenance and enhanced security, while maintaining consistent sightlines that complement the monumental bronze idol and the temple architecture.
The entire package was planned to be completed within an aggressive three month timeline, aligning with the high profile religious celebrations and ensuring that the facilities were ready to comfortably host large numbers of devotees and dignitaries in a safe, well ventilated, and visually harmonious environment.
