In line with international green building standards, 30% of the aluminium we use is recycled. Our products conform to global certifications such as LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, and BREEAM. We have also developed proprietary in-house hardware, including magnetic sealing and smart locking systems, and have filed a patent for our innovative corner slider system.We have made significant investments in technology. By 2027, we aim to achieve 60% digitization across our operations, leveraging CNC automation, IoT-enabled systems, and AI-powered quality control.

Our products are renowned for delivering premium aluminium systems that blend cutting-edge engineering with aesthetics. Advanced features include enhanced safety as our doors and windows are crafted using high-strength aluminium and can be equipped with multi-point locking systems, laminated or toughened glass for shock resistance, and optional security mesh screens for added protection.Our products offer superior fire resistance, as aluminium naturally performs better under fire conditions compared to alternatives like uPVC. Our frames do not burn, and when paired with fire-rated glass, they provide critical containment and protection during fire incidents.
Designed with advanced thermal break technology, our systems support double or triple glazing for optimal insulation. They are also engineered for superior noise reduction—ideal for urban and high-traffic environments—ensuring enhanced indoor comfort. For next-generation convenience, our products are compatible with home automation systems and smart locking technologies.
How is your company expanding to cater to both domestic and international markets?
Schon Doorways is one of India’s leading manufacturers in the premium aluminium doors and windows category. Our 80,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Bangalore has a monthly production capacity of 25,000–30,000 sq. ft. of aluminium doors and windows, customized for residential, commercial, and institutional applications.We have a strong distribution and service footprint across 180+ cities, with premium experience centres located in Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad. In addition, we have a growing base of channel partners, certified fabricators, and high-end dealers in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana. We are also actively onboarding partners in Maharashtra and Kerala to further expand our reach.
Internationally, we have initiated exports to markets such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Malaysia. Our expansion in these markets is a response to this demand. We aim to position Indian engineering at the forefront of the global movement toward automated, sustainable, and design-led manufacturing. As India transitions from an import-driven to a manufacturing-led economy, the aluminium doors and windows segment is projected to reach USD 1.45 billion by 2029.
