Phifer's broad line of insect screening comes in a variety of widths, lengths, and materials, and is used in window, door, and porch applications as well as larger openings such as pool and patio enclosures. The screening is woven from metal wire (aluminum or bronze), and fiberglass or polyester yarns. Adds Singh, "We have been associated for over five years with the Phifer brand - a leading manufacturer of screen products. All the products from Phifer are Microban and Greenguard certified. While annual re-certification from Greenguard guarantees the product's low-emission attribute, Microban protection inhibits the growth of stain- and odor-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew, and works continuously, keeping the screens cleaner for longer."
