RICPL completes Permanent Campus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya, Bihar - Phase I, a landmark project delivered on EPC basis for the CPWD.

The IIM Bodh Gaya campus goes beyond standard institutional architecture, showcasing a cohesive, modern design inspired by the academic heritage of Nalanda and the vernacular spirit of Magadh. The project was executed end-to-end by RICPL with an integrated approach- from design coordination and structural execution to services installation and external development. Anchored by an elliptical masterplan spine, the campus layout connects administrative, academic, and residential blocks, enabling ease of access and promoting collaborative engagement among students and faculty.

The ecologically responsible campus includes solar PV systems, EV charging infrastructure, onsite STPs, water management systems, and landscape design with native species to control heat gain and support local biodiversity.
