ANJ Group has kicked off FY25 with a strong performance, securing projects worth over ₹500 crore in Q1 alone. The company expanded its portfolio with key wins from top clients including Amazon in Hyderabad (92,000 sq. ft.), Coca-Cola in Ahmedabad (90,000 sq. ft.), and ZEISS in Bengaluru (2,50,000 sq. ft.).

In the last three months, ANJ delivered over 1 million sq. ft. of workspace across India, strengthening its presence in Tier 1 cities like Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, and Kolkata, as well as emerging hubs like Ahmedabad and Lucknow.

More than 50% of Q1 business came from repeat clients, underscoring ANJ’s reputation for quality, trust, and timely delivery. The project mix this quarter included 70% build contracts and 30% design and build (DNB) assignments, showcasing the firm's flexible, client-focused approach.
