More Flexibility in Design

The return to a physical office is dependent on varied factors that includes how safe people will feel travelling to their offices and spending time in the workplace. As professionals, we can approach this challenge with a clear assessment of problem-solving designs – ones that are flexible enough to evolve with changing scenarios and the needs of the clients.

Open office layouts that feature large rooms and open seating plans are seeing a rise to facilitate employee productivity through hygienic social distancing layouts. Conference rooms and teamwork rooms that allow for clusters now have agile seating and smaller pods. We are also advocating a one-directional flow of traffic within offices with signage and floor cues.

More Flexibility in Design

With the rising demand for smart buildings and high-tech accessories to maintain a more hygienic lifestyle, we are creating more open and well-ventilated spaces, and special areas for sanitization. All of this can be seen in our design of the 20,000 sq.ft hybrid office cum study space at Byju’s in Nagpur, which we completed on 15th July 2021 and within three months of its ideation and planning.
