His most famous structure, the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) headquarters at Belapur, is India's first green municipal building and has entered Limca Book of Records with 3 citations. Commercial, Residential, Institutional, Administrative, Transportation, Hospitality, Social & Healthcare projects, and Master Planning.

Some of the major projects in which HSA is involved are Integrated Transit Oriented Development at Seawoods station, National Institute of Securities Market (NISM), National Cancer Institute (NCI - Hospital), Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation (MBMC) headquarters, Wise City Panvel, Railway stations at Nerul –Uran, etc.
He is a registered member of Council of Architecture, associate member of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), past-Chairman of the Navi Mumbai Chapter of the IIA and Member of the PEATA. He has been appointed as Member of the State Expert Appraisal Committee II, Ministry of Forest and Environment, GoI in 2015. He has been made an honorary member of Rotary Smart City, Navi Mumbai.
