We use the most modern building materials, for instance, the Doors & Windows are of uPVC (Single Glazed and Double Glazed), Aluminium wooden profiles, and the best quality teakwood The elevators we install are the machine room-less type and we deploy ARD Automatic Rescue Device. We ensure that the RCC structure is tested for NDT (non-destructive test) and pulse velocity, rigid electrical concealed conduiting, external walls double coat plaster with integral admixture for water repellent properties, roof waterproofing with polyurethane liquid treatment with high elasticity (which has excellent thermal and weather resistance). Most appliances have inbuilt inverters to mitigate fluctuations, in fact, these are just only some of the behind-the-scene instances where technology ensures fantastic build quality. Use of IP65 rated outdoor lighting, application of food grade coating for water storage tanks, solar water heaters etc are perhaps the more visual technology.
