The Craftsmen: How a hybrid model gave Pranav Doors a competitive edge across five critical dimensions: price, performance, sustainability, aesthetics and safety.
Partnership with Schueco: When architecture calls for world-class systems and execution that understands India, the answer must be both global and grounded. At Pranav Doors & Windows, we bring together German engineering and Indian execution through our strategic partnership with Schueco, sourcing systems and hardware directly from Germany, combining them with our in-country design, testing and project delivery capabilities. The result is exemplified by our Airbus façade project in Delhi, that demanded exacting performance, refined aesthetics, and uncompromising safety.
Price: Using premium German systems is an investment, but price is about value over life, not just the initial tag. As a premium partner of Schueco, we secure genuine components at competitive procurement terms. By executing design, fabrication adjustments and installation locally, we reduce project inefficiencies that typically inflate overall costs.
Because we prototype and adapt locally, from colour finishes to special geometries, architects get the premium aesthetic of a German system with the agility of an Indian project partner.

Performance: Schueco’s systems and hardware bring precise tolerances and engineering designed to meet rigorous European standards. We integrate those systems with Indian-grade detailing, thermal breaks, engineered drainage, and glazing assemblies adapted for India’s heat, monsoon and dust conditions. We chose Schueco FWS 50.Ni with a glass thickness of 85 mm (BR6) for better noise reduction and security. It has been used for the first time in India.
A Decisive Combined Approach: The system assemblies and joints were optimized for extreme wind loads and heavy monsoon sealing. On-site performance and weather simulation validated the assemblies under realistic conditions. This is how global system performance stays reliable in local weather and usage patterns.
Sustainability: High-quality German systems are engineered for recyclability and efficient material use. We take that a step further by managing logistics, packaging and on-site waste to minimise the carbon cost of getting those systems into place. Local assembly, reduced rework and careful material handling at the Airbus project lowered avoidable waste.
Project: The Airbus Training Centre
Location: IGI T-3, New Delhi
Fabricator: Pranav Doors and Windows
System Details: Schueco FWS 50.NI
Glass Thickness: 85 mm BR-6

Aesthetics: Schueco systems enable slim profiles, narrow sightlines and meticulous detailing that architects demand. Our role is to translate that capability into the design language of each project. For the Airbus façade, we delivered a visually light, continuous façade with exacting alignment, concealed drainage and custom interface details that respected both the architect’s intent and the practicalities of Indian construction sites.
