Through strategic planning, precise material ordering, and sustainable building techniques, we minimize construction waste while enhancing efficiency. Technology also plays a crucial role with solutions, like Building Information Modeling (BIM), helping us optimize resources and reduce errors.
For our latest project Alpha Corp SKY1, we have integrated an on-site organic waste converter (OWC) to ensure that 100% of biodegradable waste is repurposed for horticulture instead of ending up in landfills. The project incorporates high-performance AAC blocks, low-VOC adhesives, and GreenPro-certified materials, with over 25% of total construction costs dedicated to sustainable resources, including FSC-certified wood. We prioritize water conservation by using STP-treated water during construction, significantly reducing usage of potable water.
