Our focus is on reusing and recycling construction materials where possible, optimizing processes to eliminate waste, and staying adaptable to evolving sustainable practices and technologies.

We have dedicated over 37 years to minimizing construction wastage through meticulous planning and sustainable practices. The choice of construction technology is based on project scale, building height, site location, and material availability. For high-rise and repetitive structures, we utilize the efficient Aluminium Formwork System (Mivan technology) which employs durable, corrosion-resistant aluminium panels, minimizing resource extraction and maintenance due to fewer joints.
Our procurement strategy also emphasizes the use of eco-friendly and recyclable materials. We also avoid prefabricating building components to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Looking ahead, we aim to adopt BIM to enhance planning accuracy and reduce material waste. Our designs include cross-ventilation and maximum natural light to reduce energy consumption by 8 to 10%; and we use high quality double-glazed windows and additional ventilators in rooms for air circulation even if the windows are shut.

We implement rainwater harvesting systems and use the Hulliot-Single Stack Drainage System to simplify complex pipe structures and to optimize floor space. We have integrated charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in the buildings’ parking spaces, and have installed solar lights in clubhouses, swimming pools and common areas. Our buildings operate on low voltage, consuming up to 90% less power. We use PL, CFL, LED lights, timers and sensors in our common areas to reduce voltage and power costs. We install CPVC, UPVC and ASTM plumbing fittings which are more eco-friendly, and for the firefighting system we provide sprinklers and smoke detectors.
During construction, we use leftover raw materials and recycle the waste for future use. We provide OWC (organic waste convertor) that decomposes organic waste material into compost, which can then be used as fertilizer or soil conditioners, along with STP (sewage treatment plant) that removes pollutants from the sewage, making it safe to reuse for irrigation and other purposes. We have a robust system for segregating dry and wet waste, ensuring safe and sustainable waste disposal.
