Yugen Infra has received the Project Registration Certificate from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for its new residential plotted development, Garden of Eden, marking Phase 2 of Yugen Golf City. Located at Village Banda, Taluka Sawantwadi, District Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, the registration represents a significant milestone in the company’s township-led development master plan.

Registered under MahaRERA, Garden of Eden is a residential plotted development spread across a gross land area of approximately 180,000 square metres, offering 278 premium residential plots. The project is planned to support independent villas and holiday homes, with plot sizes varying as per the approved layout plan. It forms an integral part of the larger Yugen Golf City township and is strategically located near the MOPA influence corridor, making it ideal for second-home investments, senior living, or long-term land banking. The project features a well-planned internal infrastructure framework, including internal roads, boundary walls, water supply systems, electricity provisioning, stormwater management, underground drainage, planned green buffers, and open spaces, all developed in accordance with approved layout norms to ensure balanced and organised living within the township ecosystem.

All mandatory disclosures, approvals, layout plans, and area details have been duly registered on the MahaRERA website, ensuring complete transparency and compliance with RERA regulations and prescribed project timelines. Commenting on the development, Sheeshram Yadav, Managing Director, Yugen Infra, said, “The MahaRERA registration of Garden of Eden reflects our strong commitment to regulatory compliance and responsible development. This registration provides homebuyers with complete confidence in the legal validity of the plotted development scheme, which is an integral part of our larger township vision.”

Located in the North Goa–Sindhudurg growth corridor, Garden of Eden is envisioned as a low-density plotted development, leveraging its strategic location, golf-integrated township planning, and infrastructure-first development approach.
