Organo Antharam is inspired by the Indian villages, where sustainability is the foundation of how the community is imagined, designed, and lived in. Located in Chevella, Hyerabad, it blends modern comforts with rural charm (Rurban living). Organo’s vision is to build a community that could transition to net-zero energy and reduce dependence on conventional systems.
The Organo Antharam community now uses a sophisticated 500KVA/608kWh energy storage installation that powers the entire ecosystem. The system sources energy from solar PV, the grid, and battery storage, making the community self-sufficient and eco-friendly. With the integration of BESS by AmpereHour Energy, residents now experience high-quality power without noise, pollution, or interruptions.
This project sets a new benchmark in sustainable living. At its core is an intelligent energy system that acts like a central “brain,” balancing solar power, grid electricity, and battery storage to ensure optimal performance. This approach significantly reduces dependence on fossil fuels and eliminates the need for diesel generators, making it a much cleaner energy solution.

Rakesh Koti, Head of Sustainability & Business Development, Organo, says, “At Organo, sustainability is approached as a systems decision, from land and water to energy and built form. In fact, energy is one of the most critical levers in making our communities truly sustainable.
