Lohia-Worldspace
The Lohia Worldspace Experience Center is an architectural narrative of cultural reverence and sustainability, showcasing cutting-edge design fused with the city’s rich artisanal heritage. It has been awarded both GRIHA and LEED Gold Certifications, setting a new benchmark for the region.

Set on a challenging triangular parcel, the site's unique shape and orientation to the sun's path were not obstacles but opportunities for the Lohia Worldspace Experience Center. The building’s architectural form rises from this context, taking on a boomerang-shaped profile with a soaring 7-meter entry that tapers to a 3.5 meter at its edges. This deliberate geometry was conceived to break away from cubical monotony.

Equilibrium is expressed in the balanced rise and slope of the mass, symbolizing a harmony between global design standards and local aspirations. Dynamism, meanwhile, is conveyed through the multi-faceted facade where no two lines are parallel, representing the multi-dimensional character of the Lohia Global itself.

By bridging traditional craft with parametric design and functionality with symbolism, the project elevates the purpose of a sales gallery—it becomes a landmark of imagination and identity.

The façade, with its jali-inspired perforations and dotted impressions, subtly reference the city’s brassware craft. Inside, the design is a spatial illusion where varying ceiling heights and shifting proportions transform a commercial encounter into a dynamic design experience. The surrounding landscape is thoughtfully integrated, its curated elements and terrain acting as a serene counterpoint to the building's bold form.

The building's transient nature, enabled by fast-build techniques for rapid assembly and dismantling, aligns with its vision of sustainability. It achieves more than 25% energy savings over conventional structures and enhances indoor air quality through natural ventilation and smart monitoring.

Curvilinear diffused bands of light flow from the exterior into the reception area. Within the sales gallery, programmable color-changing lights on the bulkheads adapt to evoke moods from serene to vibrant. Track and spotlights highlight key architectural features, while decorative pendants add artistry.

Custom-designed furniture echo the soft geometry of the curved walls, their forms and materials. Natural wood, metal, and stone are woven across the custom pieces to create a sense of continuity. By bridging traditional craft with parametric design and functionality with symbolism, the project elevates the purpose of a sales gallery to become a landmark with its strong architectural identity.

The Center offers visitors a tangible experience of what conscious design feels like: cool interiors, natural light, and a sense of calm that only sustainable environments can create. Its architecture is based on our belief that responsible design creates lasting value.
