Pushing popularity of the Hacker brand are sound logistics to ensure timely delivery, precision product manufacturing, design and installation training backed by efficient after sales support. "Hacker provides total warranty on their products against any manufacturing defects and backup after-sales service is easily available for maintenance and repair or replacement of all moving parts subjected to normal wear and tear or breakages. These features go a long way in building a satisfied customer base. So far as the product manufacture goes, Häcker currently produces approx, 8000 carcasses every day in one 8 hours working shift, five days a week, which roughly concludes to produce 770 kitchens per day. The total human labor element in Häcker production is only 9 % because of which their quality and precision is unmatched" explains Chawla.
Besides precision production, the customer is also offered a wide range of choices for design and material. Häcker offers a range of 163 different options in material surfaces, colors and styles available to choose from. The variety of finishes-laminates, high gloss laminates, veneer, solid wood ad lacquer paint in matt and high gloss, surfaces, give the clients plenty of options to mix and match to design their kitchen. Quality control begins at the raw material stage itself. "The materials used in producing the kitchen modules are very carefully chosen to be of the highest quality standards available within Germany. The base materials used in the cabinetry production are a combination of very high density, chip/particle boards and HDF materials duly treated to be termite resistant." Hacker has the RAL quality seal of approval for tested safety and quality management of its systems, which is certified in accordance with DIN ISO-9001 certification. Every single part/materials used in Hacker Production carry DIN certification (DIN in German standards as equivalent to ISI standards in India but more stringent).
Highlighting the underlying strengths of the Hacker brand, Chawla says, "Our kitchens are environment friendly; the designs are exclusive and flexible, eye catching and make functionality stylish. With excellent German quality, the brand is unmatched for durability while offering value for money."
