Established in 1996, Hero Plastic Industries is a leading manufacturer and exporter of magnetic door holders & catchers in India which besides offering the top quality designer magnetic door catcher/holder, always supports its customers with its excellent, long lasting quality and services. "We are having specialization in manufacturing of different types of magnetic door catchers. The magnetic material that we are using are available in different sizes, and shapes including block, ring, arc, segment, disc etc. All of our magnetic products like door holders and door catchers are manufactured based on quality standards. We, therefore are ahead of our competitors quality and transcendence of property. In order to ensure the best quality, we've established R&D Center and Quality Control Center for solving the problems that occur in production and Quality," says Mr. Patel.

Narrating the success story of Hero Plastic Industries he says, "Hero Plastic Industries launched first brand "HERO" with excellent quality & attractive design in 1997 which in 1998, got trademark and became India's 2nd largest selling brand. The brand has captured the hopes and aspiration of the company. In 2002, we launched another international brand 'HENZER' with registered design. Unbreakable quality & attractive design is the hallmark of this brand. In 2004, Hero Plastic Industries became the first company in India in magnetic door holders & catchers industry to acquire ISO 9001:2000 (UKAS) certification for manufacturing and supplying of architectural products to domestic and international markets. In 2005, we developed full automatic plant with advanced equipment, strong technology and strict management. And in the same year, we also launched our third brand "HOZONE."

Adding he says, "In 2006, Hero Plastic Industries was the first Indian company to acquire certification for smooth management operation and credibility by Dun & Bradstreet Corporation of USA. In 2007, a new international brand "HOLVO" was launched with registered design, exported quality, and international packing. Holvo is our forth most trusted brand in Indian hardware market. HOLVO products are highly recommended by prominent Architects, Interior-Designers, and Construction Groups etc. for their prestigious projects all over the world."

The success doesn't stop here but it keeps going and in 2008, new S.S. catchers were launched with registered design, barcoded ean & in attractive hologram pouch packing. Later, in 2009, Hero Plastic entered into new version of ISO 9001:2008. We ensure highest quality standards through best production practices; ISO certified curing works and state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. In 2010, the hologram, box packing & pouch packing was also changed to a more attractive looking pack, a response to customer's feedback. In 2011, Hero Plastic Industries launched new brand S.S. holder with registered design. This is the first time in India that S.S holder (3 in one) was launched in the market for the multipurpose use."

On being asked about the reasons for these continuous achievements, Mr. Patel asserts, "Quality is the key to success and being a quality driven company, Hero plastic Industries adheres to international standards and strives to achieve total quality in all its operations. We have appointed a team of well experienced quality analysts who maintain a vigil eye on the processes of procurement, production, testing and packing. The components used in our equipment are purchased from trusted vendors only. The machines used for production are upgraded on regular basis to stay on track with latest techniques. The manufactured equipment passes through stringent tests and checks before being sent to the warehouse for storage and delivery. Moreover, we have set up an advanced R&D unit manned by expert researchers, to develop innovative products and facilitate improvisation of current products & processes. Apart from quality products, our focus is also on offering prompt, consistent, and high quality customers support services."

Talking about his global presence he informs, "Our dreams have come true and today we're well-known not only in the Indian market but also in the international markets. Our products are well sold to Europe, America, Southeast Asian and other countries. We are looking for new markets to expand our network."
