The project marks a major step in the Maldives’ affordable-housing development, focused on creating sustainable, well-planned, and modern living spaces for citizens. Strategically located in Hulhumalé Phase II - one of the Maldives’ largest urban expansion zones - the project is part of the government’s broader Gedhoruveriya Housing Scheme, which aims to provide thousands of families with access to quality, affordable homes. The development has been progressing rapidly, with senior Maldivian officials, including the Indian High Commissioner, reviewing its advancement and appreciating India-Maldives collaboration in large-scale housing infrastructure.
Executed in partnership with NBCC and VCL, the project represents a strong Indo-Maldivian cooperation model in sustainable construction and urban development.

The project is poised to positively transform community living in Hulhumalé and contribute to the Maldives’ long-term vision for sustainable urban growth. Blending advanced technology with thoughtful design, Window Magic continues to support transformative infrastructure across regions, partnering with developers, architects, and government bodies to elevate living standards nationwide.
