Recognizing that individuals spend a significant portion of their day in an office, our focus was on creating a healthy work culture. The design integrates small terraces, large windows, and green courts throughout the premises to promote employee well-being, productivity, and a positive work-life balance.

The building is divided vertically, allocating specific areas to various departments such as engineering and administration. The spatial configuration ensures proper coordination between open, semi-open, and closed spaces. This design style maximizes energy efficiency and harmonizes with the surrounding environment. One of the primary challenges faced during construction was erecting a building mass within a limited area of 2000 sqm with many office buildings in the vicinity.

To align with the project’s sustainability objectives, green building materials such as aerated blocks, fly ash bricks, and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) air conditioning systems etc. were used. The building incorporates essential safety features, including fire-fighting equipment and fire alarm systems. The structure also integrates 100 kW solar panels, contributing to renewable energy generation. The innovative use of materials, including dug glass, further enhances the building’s environmental performance.

The design focuses on adding value through subtle yet captivating details. The building’s front elevation showcases punctures that create a visually appealing facade. Shades of grey are employed to achieve a simple yet distinctive appearance, making the building stand out while maintaining a professional and sophisticated aesthetic. The most striking elements are the small terraces that provide staff members with rejuvenating outdoor spaces and along with the captivating front elevation, contribute to the building’s unique identity.
