Material selection is a crucial aspect in the design of this project, influencing its aesthetic, functionality, and sustainability.
Dr. Harish Tripathi, Jyoti D. Tripathi
The project experiments with a broad mix of materials – blending traditional with the modern. Since we were responsible for the architecture, interiors, and the landscape design, it allowed us to handpick a range of construction and finishing materials, combining natural and engineered options to create a unique aesthetic.
The main gate has a 314 Jindal Steel SS frame with hollow pipes and a CNC-cut top design in SS plate. A white acrylic sheet behind the design enhances privacy. Horizontal wood battens are made of WPC while the boundary wall incorporates Trventino Italian marble with a slit featuring toughened glass.

The façade features WPC panels, Traventino marble cladding, and SS and glass railing. A white vertical jali element is crafted from Acrylic Solid Surface, maintaining a pure white aesthetic. The inverted C- section, encompassing the first-floor balcony, vertical wall, and top projection, is clad in white Corian. Wood-like louvers are actually MS box sections clad with WPC.
