Its layout, spatial and structural planning, integrate distinct zones. The exterior has a Beige Travertine façade, blending modern design with robust construction, provides aesthetic appeal and has weather-resistant properties for outdoor application.
At the reception area, a Blue Zamai Quartzite desk conveys solidity of form and sleekness. Behind the desk, an elegant Diamond Fall Granite staircase in Lapatura finish stands out as a self-supporting structure that emerges from a small water feature. The floors and walls have Statuario marble floors in a book-match pattern, creating a cohesive aesthetic throughout the lobby.
There are three galleries: the ground floor has a marble sample area, a VIP lounge, and the reception. The first floor has offices, and a waiting area adorned with selective marble, furniture, and fittings. The second-floor houses ten experience zones, each designed to showcase 81 practical and innovative applications of MCI’s products in real-life settings.
The floor is segmented into different zones by floor-to-ceiling doors; and when these doors are left open, the area transforms into a vast, uninterrupted expanse with distinct sub-sections and exceptionally high ceilings that enhance the sense of expansiveness.
An enormous multi-storey Statuario portal, aptly nicknamed “The Gateway to the World of Stone,” serves as a grand entrance to the main gallery. Other notable elements include a standalone seminar room made from Swarovski White Marble emulating an ice cube; a media room with a VR setup that highlights other projects and features; eyelid-shaped openings throughout the centre that allow a constant flow of natural light; and the main gallery crafted as an amalgamation of various natural stones. The Center has automated lighting, centralised air conditioning, automated blinds and motion-sensor doors.
