Superbond-Inaugurates-Manufacturing-Unit
Superbond, one of India's leading manufacturers of premium architectural cladding solutions, has inaugurated its new manufacturing unit. The inauguration also marks the commissioning of India's first high-speed ACP production line alongside the company's fully automatic manufacturing setup for SUPERCLAD Flexi Stone and PU Stone solutions. Located at Palghar, Maharashtra, the manufacturing facility has been developed following nearly two years of product engineering, plant customization, and production optimization to deliver global-quality flexible cladding solutions manufactured in India

During the event, the company also unveiled SUPERCLAD™ Flexi Stone, a flexible wall cladding solution, which expands the company's product portfolio beyond Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP). With SUPERCLAD™, Superbond enters the rapidly growing flexible architectural surfaces segment, offering a lightweight engineered stone solution designed to meet the evolving needs of commercial, residential, hospitality and institutional projects.

Manufactured using German-engineered polymer and mineral modification technology, the panels are designed to bend around curved architectural elements while maintaining dimensional stability, durability and premium aesthetics. The product significantly reduces structural dead load, making it particularly suitable for high-rise buildings, modern façades and contemporary interior applications.

Said Bhupesh Kothari, Director, Superbond, “SUPERCLAD™ offers architects and developers a premium engineered alternative that delivers natural stone aesthetics with faster installation, lower maintenance and improved project efficiency. The product is expected to serve commercial developers, real estate companies, façade consultants, architects, interior designers, modular construction specialists and turnkey contractors across the country.

The launch event, held on 11 July, 2026 at Mumbai, brought together industry professionals, architects, developers, distributors, channel partners and members of the building materials fraternity.
