The highlights of the event were presentations from Mr. Arvind Nanda- CEO & Founder, Interarch and Mr. Sanjay Modi- CEO, Interarch Infrastructure with focus on Urban Infrastructure projects in steel structures and pre-engineered steel construction. Apprising the audience of Interarch's fruitful journey, Mr. Nanda stated, "As we are the pioneers of PEB in India, we have had to face the challenges which a new technology usually does, such as reluctance of people to adopt the same. But the support of colleagues made our resolve stronger, and we were able to keep the tempo of the company running."
Moving on, Mr. Modi expressed that concrete materials have their own historical relevance for the construction sectors, but in the current climate of urban infrastructure where time and space are shrinking, and speedy construction at the designated site is the need of hour. "Pre-engineered innovative steel buildings can provide a good solution to the building woes. They can be installed quickly and manufactured in harmony with the international codes and green technology," he said. The program was well attended by the top architects and builders from the Delhi region.
