HOABL-NAGPUR-MARINA
The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), India’s largest branded plotted land developer, has officially marked its entry into the Orange City, Nagpur. Staying true to its signature style of bold and experiential launches, HoABL announced its upcoming project, Nagpur Marina, with a splash—quite literally—through a captivating paramotor display over Futala Lake, a symbolic nod to the waterfront-inspired marina lifestyle they aim to bring to the city. The development will feature 40+ world-class amenities and is designed to foster leisure, celebration, and wellness—hallmarks of waterfront living—introduced for the first time in Nagpur.

Futala Lake came alive on 4 November 2025 with a breathtaking spectacle as three pilots paramotored over the lake, carrying large aerial banners announcing the brand’s entry into Nagpur. The moment reflected HoABL’s distinctive approach to making a memorable debut—both striking and symbolic. The launch represented new beginnings for the city, its people, and the legacy they can build. “As the third-largest contributor to Maharashtra’s GDP, Nagpur is redefining its position on India’s economic map, evolving into a vibrant hub that mirrors the aspirations and momentum of modern India,” said Samujjwal Ghosh, Chief Executive Officer, The House of Abhinandan Lodha. “Our foray into Nagpur marks a new chapter for us. With HoABL’s hallmark of curated and transparent developments, we aim to usher in a new wave of luxury—creating experiences that are not only aspirational but deeply meaningful, where every investment is built on trust and crafted to endure as a legacy.”

Strategically located at the heart of India, Nagpur has evolved into a city of opportunity, balancing industrial growth with its rich natural abundance. With ongoing advancements in Smart City initiatives and the Samruddhi Mahamarg boosting connectivity, the city is poised for a surge in premium living and lifestyle experiences—perfectly aligned with HoABL’s vision of creating spaces that breathe, evolve, and endure.

Saurabh Jain, Chief Marketing Officer, The House of Abhinandan Lodha, added, “Our debut in Nagpur was envisioned as a strategic brand experience that brings our philosophy to life through creativity and innovation. The aerial display over Futala Lake and the introduction of HoABL exemplify how we engage meaningfully with our audience—through experiences that are immersive, distinctive, and purposeful. Each initiative reflects our commitment to redefining land as a lifestyle and deepening our connection with the communities we enter.” The debut in Nagpur marks the beginning of a unique relationship between land, water, and legacy in the heart of India.
