
The project comprises 230 premium residences, including spacious 3BHK homes starting at ₹1.34 crore and 4BHK homes starting at ₹2 crore. The entire development is being launched in a single phase, with no phased rollout. Expressions of Interest (EOIs) will open in mid-November 2025, and the project is targeted for completion by December 2029. The investment will be funded through a mix of self-funding and customer advances. Designed primarily for end-users, about 80 percent of buyers are expected to be homeowners, while the remaining 20 percent are likely to be investors.
