High-Quality PEB Solutions Key to World-Class Manufacturing Facility: PV Mohan, Kirby

Kirby partnered with JCB (British multinational manufacturer of infra construction equipment) for design, fabrication, supply, and construction of the company’s sixth facility in India using Pre-Engineered Steel Building technology. The facility is spread over an area of approx 45,000 sqm in Halol, Vadodara, Gujarat. It was inaugurated by the then Prime Minister of the UK & Northern Ireland - Rt. Hon. Boris Johnson in 2022. Kirby had also constructed JCB’s 34,000 sqm facility in Haryana in 2018.


Kirby provided tailored Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions, which are ideal for large-scale manufacturing plants due to their speed of erection and durability. Kirby’s focus on high-quality, engineered steel structures aligned with JCB’s requirement for robust, world-class manufacturing units to support their position as a leading OEM in India. This collaboration ensured that JCB’s manufacturing infrastructure in India met international standards, facilitating efficient production and timely delivery.
