Industrial-PEB
As part of an expansion initiative, the company required an industrial building that could be operational quickly, integrate complex internal functions, and maintain structural accuracy across multiple levels, an uncommon requirement for typical industrial PEBs.

The requirement was not merely space, but precision-built infrastructure delivered at speed. The facility demanded multiple internal levels, varying roof elevations, and tight dimensional tolerances, all within a structure that needed to remain flexible for future growth.

To meet these demands, we delivered a custom pre-engineered building solution that combined advanced engineering with factory controlled manufacturing and disciplined site execution.

From the outset, the project stood out for its complexity. Unlike conventional sheds, the structure featured critical elevation changes and multi level configurations, demanding a higher level of engineering coordination.

Project location: Ujjain, MP
Size: 800 tons
Client: Pharma Packaging Manufacturer
Materials used : 350 mpa JSW raw materials
Completion time: 120 days
Year of completion: 2025

Our design team approached the challenge by treating the project as a precision engineered system rather than a standard building. Each frame, connection, and interface was analyzed to ensure alignment across levels and stability under operational and environmental loads. The result was a structure that balanced complexity with efficiency without unnecessary steel consumption or construction delays.

Supreme’s factory-controlled fabrication process ensured that every component arrived on site with the required dimensional accuracy. By eliminating variability at the manufacturing stage, the company minimized on site adjustments and reduced execution risk, an essential advantage for multi-level structures.

Erection planning played a critical role in the project’s success. Structural members were delivered and installed in a carefully sequenced manner, allowing elevation transitions and level changes to be executed without error. Bolted connections enabled faster assembly while maintaining accuracy, allowing the project to progress efficiently despite its complexity.

By delivering a complex industrial PEB with engineering confidence for a rapidly expanding company, we changed the perception of industrial buildings as simple, single level sheds.

The completed facility now supports the client’s operational expansion while offering flexibility for future modifications. More importantly, it stands as a demonstration of what modern PEB systems can achieve when engineering precision, manufacturing discipline, and execution planning are aligned.

This project reinforces an important industry insight: Pre-engineered buildings are no longer limited to simple forms. When delivered by experienced manufacturers, they can successfully accommodate complex geometries, multiple levels, and demanding operational requirements without sacrificing speed or economy.
