Cobalt Shelters
Cobalt shelters are built of polyurethane foam (PUF) insulated panels with different types of skins such as pre-coated GI laminated marine board, stainless steel, aluminum steel, galvanized sheet etc. These shelters can conveniently be assembled at site. The modular assembly system is extremely easy to install and provides a fully airtight system.
Unique features of PUF insulated shelters are:
- Can withstand wind velocity upto 300 kms/hour
- Can withstand heavy snowfall/rainfall
- Can withstand extreme temperature from 50°C to +120°C
- As they have thermal conductivity of 0.018 Kcal, this prevents cross heat flow between the room and outside environment
- Lightweight, compact and high structural strength
- Can be installed in less than twenty-four hours.
The shelter consists of several parts-weather roof, ceiling panels, window, doors, wall panels, and other accessories like air conditioning units, fans, louvers etc.
The prefabricated weather roof is available for buildings upto 156 inches in length and upto 48 inches in width. The ceiling panels are made in widths upto 48 inches and in length upto 156 inches. An option for corrugated panels is also available.
Exterior finishes include stucco aluminum, polyester over galvanized steel-white, sand tan, light green, dark green, light blue and chocolate brown stainless steel and Sandex aggregate.
Buyers who require bullet-resistant structures can choose panels engineered to provide exactly the level of protection they require. Where really tough protection is needed, the bullet-proof panels can be designed to stop .22 rim fire ammunition at a range of 15 feet.
Keeping in mind that outdoor structures require protection from external elements Cobalt provides you with a choice between a flat roof and a shed-type sloped roof covered with a membrane-type roof. Other optional accessories include hinged doors, double-hinged doors, sliding flush type doors, overhead doors, windows, mortice locks, panic exit hardware etc.

Puf Roofing Panels
Puf Insulating Wall Panels are made with Polyurethane Foam. These Sandwitch Panels have G.I. facing on both sides. One side Profilied other side Plain or both vice-versa having overlapping facility or alternatively plain on both sides with Camlock for joining. All the panels are joined with each other with the help of overlap facility. Gaps are sealed with P.U. Sealant if required.Insulated Doors
