Which markets is the company catering to largely?
Today, with a network of over 6,000 dealers, distributors, and retailers, India remains our biggest market. Despite being one of the world’s largest construction and infrastructure markets, the country has traditionally relied on imported products for many premium interior and exterior surface applications. Our vision was to prove that products manufactured in India could match global standards in quality, design, and durability. At the same time, we are equally committed to taking Indian manufacturing to global markets and showcasing what the country is capable of producing.
What significant innovations has the company introduced?
We have built domestic manufacturing capabilities to develop premium alternatives to imported surface materials to redefine interiors and exteriors through material innovation, and by combining design with practical performance. From establishing India’s first PVC laminate manufacturing facility and one of the country’s largest edge band manufacturing capabilities to introducing PET acoustic panels, modern exterior cladding solutions, and high-performance plywood with phenolic resin and gapless construction, every innovation has been driven by our objective to reduce dependence on imports and deliver globally competitive, Made-in-India products without compromising on quality. We established India’s first Aluminium Composite Panel plant in South India, marking an important milestone in strengthening domestic manufacturing capabilities.
Please tell us about your manufacturing facilities.
Customers are looking for surface solutions that combine design, durability and performance. Manufacturers that invest in innovation, advanced manufacturing and Made in India capabilities will be well positioned to meet this demand.Ajay Garg
We operate multiple manufacturing facilities across Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Andhra Pradesh, each dedicated to a specific product category to ensure quality, efficiency and scale. For instance, our MDF manufacturing plant in Kashipur, Uttarakhand, equipped with advanced European machinery, has the capacity to produce 550 cubic meters of high-quality wood products per day. We are also home to India’s leading laminate manufacturing facility, producing 3.6 million sheets annually in over 500 designs.
Our ACP manufacturing units across Greater Noida, Uttarakhand and Andhra Pradesh have a combined production capacity of 4 million sq. m. per annum, while our CLADS facility can manufacture 96 million sq. ft. annually. Alongside this, we have dedicated plants for edge bands, decorative laminates, hardware, plywood, artificial grass, and acoustic panels.

What trends are emerging in interior building products and surface solutions?
The industry is moving beyond products that simply look good to solutions that deliver performance, sustainability, and flexibility. We are seeing strong demand for natural-looking finishes that recreate the warmth and texture of materials like wood and stone. At the same time, adaptable spaces are becoming more important across offices, hospitality, healthcare, and commercial projects, increasing the need for products such as PET acoustic panels and modular surface solutions that improve both functionality and aesthetics.Sustainability is another major shift, with customers increasingly choosing durable, high-quality products that reduce long-term maintenance and replacement costs.

What is the company’s business outlook and future growth plans?
As infrastructure expands and the demand for organised, quality-driven products increases, manufacturers will need to invest in technology, innovation and sustainable practices. Going forward, our focus will remain on strengthening manufacturing capabilities, expanding our product portfolio and deepening our presence across India while also exploring export opportunities. We believe Indian manufacturing is well-positioned to become globally competitive, and we see ourselves contributing to that journey through continuous investment in technology and product development.
