Spring House Workspaces Launches 52,000 sq ft Managed Office in Gurugram

Spring House Workspaces has launched its newest centre and headquarters in Sector 54, Gurugram, marking another milestone in its expansion journey across the region. The 52,000 sq ft headquarters is located at Vipul Plaza, Suncity, Sector 54, Gurugram, and features 1,000+ ergonomically designed seats. It offers a range of fully managed private offices, collaborative zones, and meeting rooms personalised for startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients. The centre provides a modern design aesthetic, ergonomic seating, high-speed internet, and event spaces, reflecting the company’s focus on functional, community-oriented work ecosystems.

The launch marks the milestone of 1 million sq ft of managed office space in total.
