Knowledge Center (KC), India’s largest new-age ecosystem dedicated exclusively to the construction and design industry, is coming up in Gurgaon. Strategically located at M3M Broadway on Golf Course Extension Road, the Knowledge Center spans 100,000 square feet and functions as a permanent exhibition for construction and design products. It offers a one-of-a-kind space where architects, designers, contractors, builders, consultants, and industry professionals can see, touch, and experience lakhs of product samples across thousands of specific categories—enabling them to make well-informed decisions.

India’s largest new-age ecosystem

Traditionally, brands selling building, interior, finishing, or furnishing products—such as tiles, bathroom fittings, furniture, or paints—have relied on expensive advertising, scattered product catalogues, and guesswork to reach and convince buyers. KC changes this by bringing everything under one roof in a structured, experience-based format.

India’s largest new-age ecosystem
KC’s Founder and CEO, seasoned architect Ankur Jain, explained, “India already has hundreds and thousands of big and small stores or local suppliers, each working in their own respective spaces. We did not want to become just another multi-brand store. Instead, we built a platform—an ecosystem—for the entire construction industry that connects them all, without disrupting their existing sales. We follow a membership model for users and a collaboration model for brands. It’s a clean, transparent system. That’s what makes this model stand out.”

KC flips the traditional revenue model. Instead of earning through commissions, it focuses on exposure and knowledge sharing. Brands—both big and small—gain direct access to key decision-makers. Artisans from Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan stand alongside large-scale manufacturers, creating a level playing field and ensuring equal visibility.

The Knowledge Center will also feature dedicated zones such as an immersive sample and catalogue library, a resource hub, and a rendering zone where designers can create realistic 3D project renders. In addition, it will host training sessions, networking events, product launches, and industry meets—fostering continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
