Koelnmesse India has announced the launch of ORGATEC India, a landmark event focusing on workspace design, furniture, and technology. The highlight of the announcement was the collaboration of Institute of Interior Designers (IIID) with ORGATEC India to bring a world-class exhibition experience to India by leveraging 10,000 members and 35 chapters across India to support their endeavor for modern office and facility management.

Scheduled to debut from November 4th–6th, 2025, at the Jio Convention Centre, Mumbai, ORGATEC India will bring together global and local leaders to explore business opportunities, foster connections, and showcase innovations shaping the future of workspaces. Exhibitors will include companies showcasing innovative solutions in Smart Facility Technology, Office Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment and Supplies, Workplace Automation, and Co-working Space Designs.

ORGATEC India highlights transformative innovations in workplace design, including sustainable building technologies, adaptive workspaces, and advanced design solutions. With Global Capability Centers (GCCs) reshaping the office landscape, it’s projected that GCCs will lease 40-45% of total office space in India this year, expanding to over 1,900 centers supporting 2 million professionals by 2025.
