Faridabad Poised for Major Upsurge with Faridabad Jewar Expressway

The upcoming Faridabad Jewar Expressway, an ambitious infrastructural project set to significantly enhance connectivity in the Delhi NCR region, is expected to drive substantial growth in the real estate market, particularly to the Growth District Faridabad township. This new expressway, slated for completion by June 2025, will cut travel time between Ballabgarh and Jewar Airport from the current two hours to just 20 minutes.

The expressway will also catalyse rapid development in the surrounding areas. It will pass through 12 villages and connect to the Noida International Airport. It is anticipated to invigorate the local real estate market, particularly within the Growth District Faridabad, which has residential, commercial, and office spaces.
