Energy-efficient apartments means a relatively lower expenditure on electricity and a smaller carbon footprint. The building is also equipped with solar lights and solar water heaters, as well as solar-powered waste and sewage treatment plants, offering a more sustainable alternative to harmful chemicals and processes.
