Colliers bags $10 million project with Infibeam Avenues, to construct AI extension hub in Ahmedabad

Real estate consultant Colliers has won an assignment to construct the Artificial Intelligence and Technology Extension Hub in Ahmedabad for Infibeam Avenues – an Indian multinational fintech company that plans to have an AI hub in GIFT City, Gujarat. Spread across 400,000 sq.ft., the AI and technology hub is to be set up and running in 18 months. It will have a symbiotic framework that will facilitate higher synergy within the ecosystem. Tech companies will be able to access a comprehensive system that enables collaboration and innovation.
