The Design Studio rebrands as Arete Design Studio

Chandigarh-based The Design Studio has rebranded itself as Arete Design Studio. The strategic move aligns with the firm’s vision to accelerate the adoption of new design ideas in the AEC industry by building sustainable projects. The studio is renowned for its outstanding efforts to protect the environment and set new standards for green architectural design in India. The studio is currently working on projects across 6 Indian states and a project each in Australia and New Zealand. Founder Ar. Tripat Girdhar was awarded ‘CREDAI Destination Punjab 2019’ by the Hon’ble Minister of Housing & Urban Development, Punjab - Sukhwinder Singh Sarkaria, for its project Address Boulevard, which is the tallest building in Punjab. He was facilitated as the Most Admired Architect in Punjab this year. The award was presented by Shri Harpal Singh Cheema, Finance Minister, Government of Punjab.
